1. Introduction (Overview)

The Webinar Library module lets you showcase live and recorded webinars with search, category filters, pagination, and video options. Each post can display speaker info, description, and interactive icons for full details, ensuring easy browsing and engagement.

2. Key Features

  • Live & Recorded Webinars – Display webinars based on type selection.

  • Pagination – Smooth browsing for large webinar libraries.

  • Video Options or Button – Embed YouTube, custom video, or provide a register button.

  • Speaker Details – Show image, designation, and description for each webinar.

  • Dynamic Filtering – Combine search + category filters for precise results.

  • Responsive Design – Fully mobile-friendly and adaptable to all screen sizes.

3. Installation – Downloading the Module from HubSpot Marketplace

  • Log in to your HubSpot account.
  • Go to the Marketplace from the main navigation menu.
  • Search for your module by name.
  • Find the module in the results and click Install.
  • If it’s a paid module, you can also click Buy Now to purchase and install directly.

4. How to Use – Adding the Module to Your Page

  • Open your HubSpot page editor.
  • Click on Add Module.
  • Search for your module by name.
  • Drag and drop the module into the desired section of your page.

  • Webinar Library module lets you showcase live & recorded webinars with search, filters, videos, speaker info, and is fully responsive for all devices.

     
     

5. Module Settings Guide

1. Content Tab

  • Select webinars: Live or Recorded

  • Video options: YouTube or Custom

  • Add categories for filtering

  • Include a Register button

  • Add speaker information (image, designation, description)

  • Display date and time of the webinar

2. Style Tab

  • Custom Backgrounds –Use solid colors for personalized styling.
  • Adjust Module Width – Set the width of the module to fit your layout.
  • Fully Customizable – Modify colors, text, and layouts to match your brand. 
  • Adjustable Image Height – Customize image height separately for desktop and mobile.
  • Module Spacing – Module Spacing Adjust padding and margins for perfect layout.
  • Filter & Search Customization – Customize the dropdown and search font colors to match your design.
  • Title & Description Styling – Adjust the font size and color of webinar titles and descriptions.
  • Speaker Info Styling – Personalize the font and color for speaker names, designation, and details.
  • Post Background – Change the background color of webinar posts to fit your theme.
