Team Directory Filter Documention

1. Introduction (Overview)

Team Directory Filter module lets you showcase, organize, and search your team members with flexible layouts, filters, and responsive design.

2. Key Features

  • Add & Edit Team Members – Easily add new profiles or update existing ones.
  • Search & Filter – Visitors can search by name or filter by role and department.
  • Pagination Control – Easily manage the number of team cards per page.
  • Customizable Design – Adjust colors, fonts, and layouts to match your website.
  • Responsive Design – Optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

3. Installation – Downloading the Module from HubSpot Marketplace

  • Log in to your HubSpot account.
  • Go to the Marketplace from the main navigation menu.
  • Search for your module by name.
  • Find the module in the results and click Install.
  • If it’s a paid module, you can also click Buy Now to purchase and install directly.

4. How to Use – Adding the Module to Your Page

  • Open your HubSpot page editor.
  • Click on Add Module.
  • Search for your module by name.
  • Drag and drop the module into the desired section of your page.

  • The Team Directory Filter module lets you easily display and manage your team members on your website. Visitors can search or filter by name, role, or department, and you have full customization of layout, pagination, and design for a clean, responsive team showcase.

     
     

5. Module Settings Guide

1. Content Tab 
  • Search & Filter Team Members: Allow search and filter team members by name, role, or department.
  • Add & Edit Multiple Team Cards: Easily add new team members or edit multiple profiles at once.
  • No Results Message: Display a custom message when no team members match the search or filter.
  • Pagination Control: Add pagination to manage the number of team cards displayed per page.

2. Style Tab

  • Filters Customization - Customize search bar, role, and department filters: border, font, and color etc.
  • Label Font Customization - Adjust label font, size, and color for a polished appearance.
  • Team Card Customization - Style team cards fully: fonts, borders, name, description, role, department, buttons, and more.
  • No Results Message Styling - Customize font, size, and color of the “No Results” message.
  • Pagination Styling - Adjust pagination fonts, colors, borders, and corner styling.
  • Responsive Design: Works perfectly across all devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)..
